Thank You Endgame, Thank You MCU

"Part of the journey is the end."

That line is truly spectacular. Delivered by the Iron man himself, Tony Stark. In the trailer and the film. Different situation, but the impact still the same.

Back when it was last year, I made some mistakes before saw Infinity War. Bought the ticket at the same day, asking about spoiler and didn’t watch with her. Yeah, the asking about spoiler was stupid, but it’s just my habit. I just curious about what was going on and wanted to proof it when watched the actual movie. But this time, I don’t do that again. Bought ticket a week before and trying my best to avoid the spoilers. Finally after late 3 days, came my part to watch it.

Man, I don’t know what I must write. This time, only this time, any words can’t capture all the moments we have in the film. The emotions, intensity, connections, all of it. All the Marvel things you love, you can find it here. Thanks to the Russo Brother. All the Marvel movie they did was good as hell and capturing all the moments. They should direct all of Avengers instead of Joss Whedon.

Hah… ok, I’ll try.

It’s about comeback from the desperation, defeat, dark times, name it. People always love come back story. Cleveland Cavaliers comeback. Liverpool comeback. Now, the defeated heroes try the best to rise again after the decimation. Will do everything to make the universe normal again… if there is a normal version of it. They rejected to sacrifice in Infinity War. Now, all of them want to do it. Whatever it takes. Whatever it takes. Whatever. It. Takes.

All of that will closed by a big, spectacular battle. I don’t watch any colossal movie. But I think this battle just as great as a colossal movie should be. This time with the heroes we know for a long time. They fight for the last battle. The fight for possibly the last big threat for earth. As the earth mightiest heroes. As Avengers. And they finally, assembled.

It’s a tribute to 21 Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Movie. Everything from the first Iron Man until Infinity War (except Hulk 2008…) is here. And we grow up not just watch the biggest film project, but we also help MCU become a massive pop culture, beat Star Wars. We are the witness of their journey. And for me, I'm proud to be one of it.

Surely, I can't say anymore. Because it’s not a usual film, all you need is just watch and feel it. This is a gift for what we see all through the years.

Since this is a closure to the original core of Avengers, I wanna say thank you to them.

Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton, aka Hawkeye, aka Ronin. Surely you were the weakest, man. But what I saw you today, you’re badass, like others with tech, god power, magic power, alien power. Didn’t matter to do it all with a bow and katana. Thank you for everything, including your family. Like we used to say here, ‘the most precious treasure, is family.’.

Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff. Back then, you were my favourite female character until Carol showed up. Sexy, dangerous, typical female agent. But your past is very interesting to explore more. Hope we see your solo movie soon. We want to see your Budapest moment with Clint at least. Thank you.

           

Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner, aka Hulk. I watched that 2008 Hulk movie. And I had a little bit confused when you were Bruce Banner, not Edward Norton. And that cringe love affair in Age of Ultron. God, Joss Whedon should direct a cereal commercial instead of a big movie like Avengers. Thank you, at least bring the fun Hulk at Ragnarok and the best Hulk in Endgame. Even though a little bit weird.

Chris Hemsworth as Thor, son of Odin. The Boring Avengers. Honestly, I don’t know and don’t care about your first two movies. Even the third, if she didn’t tell me about how hilarious it was. So The Boring Avengers turned into The Real God of Thunder and The Funniest Avengers. And your Infinity War entrance was a real goosebump. Thank you, dude.

Another Chris. This time Chris Evans as Steven Grant Rodgers, aka Captain America. The Patriot of The Nation. The True American Hero. The Most Naïve Avengers. But because all of it, he can lead a team with a tech guy, god, walking gamma monster, regular man, regular woman and many more from the last battle. Thank you for always being here, the place where a mere human shouldn’t be. But you’re always there, put the best effort and can do that all day. And proof, you’re the worthy one.

Robert Downey Jr. Anthony Edward Stark. Iron Man. Thank you, tor being the best character according to me. Thank you.
