What The Fast and Furious 9

I'm not a fan of Fast and Furious franchise. But somehow I managed to watch all of them. I didn't know if it was a new form of stupidness or me just secretly became a fan.

The first trailer of Fast and Furious 9 (simply name as F9) dropped a few days ago. Another WWE wrestler made his debut on that franchise. This time, the long-running WWE champions and a walking meme, John Cena joined the gang. The surprising part was he got cast as one of the villains. The most surprising part was the character name was Jakob Torreto. He played a dude who also a lost brother of Dominic Torreto.

What.

The.

Fast?

I mean, yes indeed the almighty Dom Torreto couldn't be beaten by drugs dealer, a big buff cops, some highly-trained assassins brothers and a hacker with a submarine and nuclear rocket in it. But this time, the storyboard dudes, marketing dudes, and producers think that it was a good idea to make his next villain is his brother. From that trailer, we knew that his abilities are exactly Dom's abilities.

A great driver? Check.

A great fighter? Check.

A great thief? Well, he didn't steal anything at least from the first trailer perspective but check.

A mumble-growl talker? Absolutely check.

Since all of the villains were failed to put some serious harm to Torreto and his family, probably the best way to doing so is by the part of that family themselves. I think the sudden, nonsense appearance of Jakob Torreto will make some serious threats to Dom and his family. 

Probably Dom will seek some mercy from him. Probably this time Letty will nearly die. Probably Roman, Tej, and the others are on the line. But we all know. At the end of the day, the Almighty Dominic Torreto will always come out as the winner. And probably Jakob will lose, or suddenly turn good, or die for the good sake.

As the end of the trailer showed Dom's car doing some grapple-hook move, we all know that this film franchise will never try to be rational and normal.

But guess what, I definitely watch this. No matter what.

Wait.

HAN IS BACK?

WITH SEAN?

AND THEY BRING THE TOKYO DRIFT CREW?

Motherfurious...

That's beyond human intelligence.

I'm down, baby.

I want my summer and my F9 asap!
