The Eight and Twenty Four of Purple and Gold

Kobe Bryant, one of the basketball legend and the GOATs, has died in a shocking accident today.

LeBron James, the reason why I watch basketball, had surpassed Kobe himself in all-time NBA leading score yesterday. And the next few days were supposed to be the good ones. You know, the Lakers' champion aspiration, the talk of two GOATs between him and Kobe himself, maybe some fun at the All-Star game next month. All the good things.

But, destiny is always a thing that made all the plans possibly went wrong. Even as simple as went to a basketball game. And unfortunately, it went wrong for Kobe, his daughter Gianna, and the rest of the people in that chopper.

Kobe left, but his legacy remains.

One man team. Five chips for The Lakers. The tense for the game he loved most. The Mamba Mentality. Shot a free-throw when he got an Achilles injury. Even the small one, kids yelling "Kobe" when taking a jumper.

Yes, a truly sad day for the basketball scene.

Prayers up for the family, relatives, and Los Angeles.

Rest in peace, Kobe Bean Bryant. And for your daughter too.

PS: Start from now, I will shout your name when taking jumpers.
